Samu Kerevi suffered a suspected ankle injury during their 32-17 win over Argentina last night.
Kerevi was removed from the field after 51 minutes and was replaced by Tom Wright.
Rugby.com.au reports that the 28-year-old was on crutches after the game with Coach Dave Rennie confirming he would head for scans today.
Rennie says there are question marks around Kerevi but they are hoping his injuries will not be too long.
Kerevi and the Wallabies will next play Japan on October 23 after a brief stint at home, with the Suntory centre receiving clearance to stay for the remainder of the Wallabies Spring Tour.
In other results, South Africa beat the All Blacks 31-29.
