National Fire Authority officers have contained a fire at the Juns Educational Centre at the Muktaben junction in Nabua.
Police and NFA are still at the scene.
Witnesses say they called NFA after seeing smoke coming out of the building at about 7.30am.
We have been told the building was vacant after NFA firefighters arrived at the scene.
We have sent questions to the NFA and are waiting for their response.
