Transitioning from athletics to rugby has not been an easy ride for former secondary schools sprint sensation and Fijiana 15s player, Younis Bese.
The former Gospel High School student won gold in the senior girls 100 metres during the 2015 Coca Cola Games and also represented Fiji in the 2015 Pacific Games.
The 25-year-old says a challenge she faced was getting used to playing 80 minutes of rugby because she was conditioned to running two races per day.
She adds transitioning to rugby was not easy but she is thankful to the girls in the team for motivating her during training.
Bese is urging young people to do the things they love because it will be easy.
