Swire Shipping Fijian Drua coach Glen Jackson has rated stand-in captain and hooker Mesulame Dolokoto highly for his outstanding performance so far this season, especially when given the role to lead the side in the absence of co-captains Frank Lomani and Tevita Ikanivere.
Although Ikanivere is back in the match day 23 squad, Jackson is sticking with Dolokoto as the starting hooker and also leading the side again against Moana Pasifika in round 11 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.
Jackson says Dolokoto has been brilliant not only as captain but also with his lineout throwing, which has been outstanding.
He says it has always been obvious how good Dolokoto is around the field, but his set-piece has been outstanding.
Meanwhile, the Drua will be looking to back up their winning performance against the Waratahs last week and secure another win today to keep their hopes alive of making the top 6.
The Drua currently sits in 11th place with 11 points, just 4 points behind 10th-placed Moana Pasifika.
The Drua will take on Moana Pasifika at 4.35pm today at North Harbour Stadium.
