It will be a good battle of the islands when the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua takes on Moana Pasifika in round 11 of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific in Auckland this weekend.
This is according to Fijian Drua coach Glen Jackson who says this will be something like Fiji versus Tonga and Samoa, and it promises to deliver some exciting match-ups.
Jackson says he knows there will be a good crowd in Auckland and he feels that Moana Pasifika’s coach Tana Umaga has done an amazing job with that team and getting them playing really well this year.
Jackson says Moana Pasifika is one of the best teams in the competition so far this season and they will be hurting from being thrashed against the Brumbies last week and they will be pumped for this game.
The Drua will take on the Moana Pasifika at 4.35pm this Saturday at North Harbour Stadium, New Zealand.
In other matches this week, the Chiefs will host the Force at 7.05pm Friday, the Reds will take on the Blues at 9.35pm Friday, the Highlanders will take on the Crusaders at 7.05pm Saturday and the Brumbies will play the Hurricanes at 9.35pm Saturday.
