It was really tough.
This was stated by Fiji Water Flying Fijians skipper, Semi Radradra at the post game press conference after they were outclassed 34-17 by France earlier today.
Radradra says they knew the French side would be more physical coming into this game.
He says they will be focusing on the mistakes they made which put France on the front foot.
Flying Fijians Coach Simon Raiwalui says he did not think they got what they put into the game as France put them under pressure at the breakdown, turn overs and mauls.
Raiwalui says they also did a lot of good things in the game as they were good in the contact area.
He adds they were also able to hold their own in the set-piece.
Fiji’s next game is against England at Twickenham at 2.05am next Sunday.
The Flying Fijians' first RWC pool match will be against Wales at 7am Monday the 11th of next month.
