While speaking at the National Workshop on NCDs organised by the Consumer Council of Fiji, Permanent Secretary for Health Doctor James Fong says those are the saddest of all the deaths because there are just so many other people that depend on that person.
He says the stark reality of NCDs in this country needs to be well appreciated.
