The Fijiana 7s team has the mindset that they have to play 5 finals in the Commonwealth 7s due to the setup of the competition.
Coach Saiasi Fuli says it is a do or die situation.
Fuli further says they have settled in well and are ready for battle.
The Commonwealth Games opening ceremony will be held at 6am tomorrow.
Fiji will have 64 athletes across 12 sports, including Para Athletics and Para Table Tennis, as well as Athletics, Boxing, Judo, Lawn Bowls, Rugby 7s Men and and Women, Squash, Table Tennis and Weightlifting.
The Fijiana 7s team will face Scotland in their first match at 8.22pm tomorrow, they will meet South Africa in their second match at 4.30am Saturday before they face Australia at 8.22pm Saturday.
The semifinals will kick off at 6.42am Sunday while the women’s gold final will start at 8.04am Monday.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Men's 7s first match is against Zambia at 12.02am Saturday, then they will meet Canada at 8.32am Saturday and play Wales in their final pool match at 12.02am Sunday.
