Rewa soccer coach, Marika Rodu says Sanni Issa has the ability to take on the opposition at top speed and his inclusion has strengthened their attack in the OFC Champions League.
The former Suva, Rewa, and Ba striker will pair up with players like Setareki Hughes, Abbu Zahid, Rusiate Matarerega, Iosefo Verevou and Samuela Nabenia.
Rodu says they have to build a strong team for this competition Issa’s inclusion will also help other players to perform to the best of their abilities.
Rewa will face Nikao Sokattak from Cook Islands in their first group match at 3pm tomorrow in Auckland.
The Delta Tigers will play Auckland City at 12pm next Monday and Hienghène Sport at 12pm next Thursday.
Two top teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals.
