Prominent Lautoka lawyer, Iqbal Khan appeared before the Independent Legal Services Commission today.
He is representing himself.
It was heard in court that Khan is alleged to have failed to respond to a complaint.
Khan told Commissioner Justice Daniel Goundar that the complaint has been settled.
The Legal Practitioners Unit says Khan failed to provide the bill of cost of a client to them.
Justice Goundar has set the hearing for 3rd May next year.
