Investigators are interviewing and releasing people and are still gathering information in relation to the murder case of 21-year-old Iosefo Qionitoga Magnus.
His body was found near a shortcut in Caubati last Wednesday morning.
An eyewitness had earlier told Fijivillage that she had seen the 21‑year‑old deceased late that night with two other men.
She also said that she saw the two men badly beating up the deceased.
Magnus was laid to rest on Saturday.
