This was the sentiments from the Chairman of the Native Land and Fisheries Commission Ratu Viliame Tagivetaua during the graduation ceremony of inmates at the Korovou Prison today.
The 15 inmates completed six weeks training on culture course which was organised by the Fiji Prison and Correctional Services.
Tagivetaua stressed that the importance of our identity and origin.
One of the Inmate 38 year old Peni Waqanibau said after the course he now has a better understanding of culture, tradition and language.
Waqanibau will now be able to pass it on to his friends and family.
The Fiji Police Force as an institution is not corrupt.
