Sajal Narayan was accompanied by People’s Alliance Leader, Sitiveni Rabuka

People's Alliance provisional candidate, Sajal Narayan went into FICAC for the fourth time in the last 10 days this afternoon, and claimed outside the FICAC office that he is being constantly harassed and he believes he has had his basic human rights violated.

Sajal Narayan was referred to FICAC by the Supervisor of Elections following the receipt of a letter from the FijiFirst highlighting various breaches of the Electoral Act 2014 by different candidates.

Narayan was accompanied by People’s Alliance Leader, Sitiveni Rabuka.

Narayan has alleged in a statement before going into FICAC that he has been constantly harassed by FICAC, it is bullying behaviour by FICAC and others, he has been issued a stop departure and not allowed to leave the country, and he is yet to be charged for a crime and is constantly harassed.

We have sent questions to FICAC.
