Former Fiji Water Flying Fijians winger Nemani Nadolo says if the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua team was there when he started, his route probably would have been a lot different.
Nadolo says it is great to see there is a professional team in Fiji.
He says they do not need to go and play in a National 1 league in France or Pro D2 club and their career gets wasted away.
The former Flying Fijians winger says they get to play on the island and now they are starting to retain players.
He says he speaks to some of the Drua boys there and they are getting offers from Europe, but they're not taking it because they get to live at home and play in front of their family.
