Ieremia crossed over for his first try through a cross-kick by Josh Addo-Carr in the 12th minute and went over again in the 18th minute to give the defending champions an 18-0 lead at the break.

His final try in the 65th minute sealed the victory for the Storm.

Other tries for the Storm came from Reimis Smith, Jesse Bromwich and Harry Grant.

The Panthers only scored two tries from Brent Naden and Scott Sorensen.
