Leadership Fiji is partnering with FNFP-owned IHG Fiji Hotels and Resorts, including InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort and Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel and Holiday Inn Suva to launch the inaugural Executive Leadership Program.

In a statement, Leadership Fiji says the collaboration is aimed at empowering C-Suite and executive leaders in Fiji and enhancing leadership capabilities across various sectors.

They say this by-invitation-only Executive Leadership Program is tailored to provide a unique and transformative leadership development experience, aimed at fostering innovative solutions to the challenges faced by executives in today’s dynamic global and local environment.

Leadership Fiji says the participants will engage in a series of intensive workshops, seminars and experiential learning opportunities, including insights on governance, strategic thinking, and social responsibilities.

CEO Sharyne Fong says the partnership will enhance the quality of their program and also underscores the importance of collaboration between businesses and community initiatives in developing impactful leaders for the future.

Fong says this initiative will drive positive change in the community.

IHG Fiji Hotels and Resorts Portfolio General Manager, Lachlan Walker says they believe leadership is the key to shaping the future.

Walker says that is why they do not just offer jobs but build careers, support individuals from their first day right through their entire journey.

The program first kicked off on the 5th of September, the second session continues at the Holiday Inn Suva and will end on Saturday.
