Minister for Youth and Sports, Laisenia Tuitubou says that he will continue to support the FijiFirst Party although he was not being picked as a provisional candidate for the 2018 general election.
In an interview with Fijivillage, Tuitubou says that he also applied for a place in the party and he appreciates the decision that was made.
Tuitubou says that he is happy with his term as Minister and the achievements of the Ministry.
He adds that he hopes that the next Minister to fill the position will continue to work with the National Sporting Organisations to try and take sports to another level.
