Former Fiji 7s Captain and the latest inductee into the World Rugby Hall of Fame, Osea Kolinisau says he never dreamt that he would be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
While speaking to World Rugby, Kolinisau says he played rugby for the love of it and to be inducted into the Hall of Fame with the players he grew up idolizing is a privilege and honor.
Kolinisau further says winning gold in the 2016 Rio Olympics was the most memorable moment of his career.
He adds the way Fijians play 7s rugby is different when compared to other countries.
Kolinisau appeared in a record 62 events for Fiji on the World Series and his tally of 1,272 points is only bettered by fellow World Rugby Hall of Fame inductee Waisale Serevi.
According to World Rugby, one of his best performances came in the final of the Hong Kong Sevens in 2013, where he stepped off the bench to score a hat-trick of tries and help Fiji secure a famous comeback win against Wales.
