All Blacks and Hurricanes hooker Dane Coles says it is important for the Hurricanes to remain positive ahead of their clash with the Crusaders on Sunday afternoon.

Coles says it is easy to get dragged down and lose motivation.

He says they have a plan and it is a case of executing that plan.

The Crusaders are still hurting after being thrashed 33-12 by the Highlanders last Friday.

Coles says they know they are playing a wounded Crusaders team but they have a lot of experience.

The Highlanders will face the Chiefs at 7.05pm Saturday while the Hurricanes will take on the Crusaders at 3.35pm Sunday.
