Giving hope to people is the great message of carol singing.
This was highlighted by the Centenary Church Suva District Senior Reverend Ilapi Tuiwai who says even though we are facing the challenges of COVID-19 and Tropical Cyclone Yasa, people have to understand that God still loves us.
He says there is no better way to express our love for God through singing and he hopes that this Christmas will be a beacon of hope to all those that have been affected.
Hundreds of people turned up at Centenary Church in Suva to witness the Centenary Church choir carol singing.
Also attending the carol singing was the Ambassador of the United States of America Joseph Cella.
