Wallabies skipper Michael Hooper has bluntly rejected suggestions that his time as Wallabies captain is coming to an end as the gutsy flanker prepares to lead the Australian side for the final time in 2020 tonight.
Speaking to media ahead of tonight's rematch with Argentina, Hooper has shut down rumours that he might give up the armband or potentially have it taken away from him.
Hopper says he has never thought about it and he thinks it's a massive privilege to captain his country and he has been lucky to do it on many occasions.
He says that he is pleased with his decisions in the past games and he has learned a lot from it too.
The Wallabies will face Argentina at 8.45 tonight.
