Fiji’s squash representative, Justin Ho can participate in the Pacific Games next month after the Nadi Magistrates Court ordered that Ho’s Stop Departure Order be temporarily uplifted from the 22nd of this month to the 20th of next month.
Resident Magistrate Mohammed Azhar ordered that the accused’s passport is to be released too.
His case is adjourned for mention next month.
Ho is charged with one count of bribery and one count of giving false or misleading information to allegedly release a consignment containing prohibited goods on October 24th last year.
