The 16 Vodafone Fiji Miss Hibiscus 2013 contestants today made their first public appearance at the Women's Corrections Centre at Korovou.
The Queen contestants were briefed on the 1,556 inmates held in prisons nationwide and the rehabilitation programmes set up for the inmates under the yellow ribbon project.
Following this, the queens were also taken on a tour of the Women's Prison.
Fijivillage caught up with some of the queens on tonight's first public judging.
Meanwhile the theme is Asian night and the first public judging starts at 7 tonight.
