Hibiscus Festival postponed until later in the year

The Hibiscus Festival will not be held next month but is expected to be held in Suva later on in the year.

This has been confirmed by the Chairman of the Hibiscus Festival Executive Committee, Vinay Kumar.

Kumar says that this was discussed in their AGM which was held on Tuesday night where they dissolved the 2018 Hibiscus Committee.

He says they also elected members of the Executive Committee.

Kumar says there is a bit of delay because of the time frame they have now.

Kumar says they will soon be appointing an Organising Committee which will be looking after the venue, dates and logistics.
