A heavy rain warning remains in force for Sigatoka, Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Tavua and Rakiraki, Yasawa and Mamanuca Groups, Kadavu, Lau and Lomaiviti Groups.
A heavy rain alert remains in force for the rest of the Fiji group.
The Weather Office says an active trough of low pressure lies slow moving to the west of Fiji and the associated rain bands continues to affect the Fiji group.
A flash flood warning remains in force for the low lying areas and flood prone areas within Tuva Catchment and from Emuri downstream to Semo Village.
Some localised businesses likely to be affected while other impacts include flash flooding of low lying areas, localised flooding of Iris crossing and informal settlements and some disruption to traffic flow and poor visibility on land and sea.
The Weather Office says the weather is expected to clear out by Wednesday.
