A trough of low pressure with associated clouds and rain lies over Fiji, especially in the Eastern and Northern parts and this will result in localised heavy rain which may lead to flash flooding of low-lying and flood-prone areas.

People can expect a few thunderstorms over the Eastern parts and interior of Viti Levu, Serua-Namosi-Navua-Suva-Naitasiri-Tailevu, Northern Viti Levu, Ra-Rakiraki, the interior of Ba-Nadroga-Navosa, southern Bua, Cakaudrove Province, Beqa, Vatulele, Kadavu, Yasawa group, Lau and Lomaiviti groups.
