Health Ministry sets up screening zones in Naitasiri

A screening zone has been set up in Vuisiga Village, Savusavu Settlement, Laselevu Village and Matainasau Village in Naitasiri.

Staff from the Ministry of Health will be screening all residents in the settlement and villages, with movement restricted in and out of these sites.

The Health Ministry says residents of this settlement and villagers are urged to remain in their homes and to avoid any close contact with people from other households.

If you experience symptoms (sore throat, fever, loss of taste/smell, shortness of breath, aches and pains, fatigue/tiredness) of COVID-19 please contact 158 immediately, a medical team will reach out to you at your home. The Ministry of Health requests understanding and cooperation from the public for this exercise and assures all residents tested and swabbed, that the information obtained will be kept confidential.
