A small bakery was caught by surprise when officials from the Health Food Unit raided their premises following a tip off.
The raid carried out last Friday was a result of the sale of re-packed margarine.
Unit Director, Samuela Bolalailai said that the shop owner said they were unaware they were breaking the law.
Meanwhile, warnings have been sent to bakeries and shops not to resell margarine, and anyone caught doing so faces a $10, 000 fine or 5 years imprisonment.
