Hazelman newly appointed General Manager of Denarau Corporation Limited

Nesbitt Hazelman is the newly appointed General Manager of Denarau Corporation Limited.

Chairman of Denarau Corporation Limited Board, Pramesh Sharma has welcomed Hazelman to this challenging role for Fiji's largest Integrated Mixed- Development Island.

Sharma says Hazelman is a Senior Executive with vast experience in planning and Human Resources and has a Masters in Industrial Relations from Sydney University. 

He says Hazelman will be instrumental in putting into action Board Strategies that continue to position Denarau Island as a destination Fiji can be proud of and a key contributor to employment, foreign exchange and having world-class 5-Star Hotels.

Sharma says Hazelman and his team will be tasked with the day-to-day management duties ensuring compliance by precincts with all current and future development regulations, management of all common areas, coastal protection of the Island whilst maintaining proper legal and financial management compliance and having a robust risk management plan.

He says on behalf of the Board they also sincerely thank Robert Speed for his leadership and wish him the very best in his new role as GM of Captain Cook cruises.
