HFC Bank has launched a new interchange program which will allow its customers to withdraw from Westpac ATMs and make payments through its EFPOS terminals.

The interchange program will also give Westpac customers the opportunity to withdraw from HFC Bank ATM’s.

This would also mean that a HFC Bank Customer withdrawing on a Westpac ATM will pay a minimum fee of $1.50 per transaction and 60 cents for every balance enquiry.

Meanwhile, a transaction fee of 30 cents will be charged for payments through a Westpac EFPOS while the balance enquiry is free. Westpac customers who will use a HFC Bank ATM will be given a charging fee of $1.00.

HFC Bank CEO Isikeli Tikoduadua said that the launch of the   new interchange program is a milestone achievement for HFC Bank given that it commenced operations 8 months ago.

He said that they are committed to bring a wide range of innovative products to make banking accessible for its customers.
