Suva Stand Up Paddlers today handed $19,587.75 to the WOWS Kids Fiji after raising funds during the 14 days of Great WOW's SUP challenge to support 78 children diagnosed with cancer.

The Suva and Lami SUPers started with the 1,000 kilometres challenge on the 30th of last month and have covered 1,274.4 kilometres to finish off with their challenge.

The Co-Founder of WOWS Kids Fiji, Sina Kami says the funds raised will help them support families and children living with cancer across Fiji.

Kami thanked the SUPers for their commitment and continuous support.

Meanwhile, Suva SUPers spokesperson Reverend James Bhagwan says they hope their efforts will inspire others to support WOWS in the future.

Reverend Bhagwan says they are thankful to those that have contributed towards the initiative.
