Eilish accepted her award with her brother and co-writer Finneas.
R&B singer SZA was the night's leading nominee with nine nominations in total.
She picked up the first award of the night - best pop due performance - for Ghost in the Machine, a collaboration with Phoebe Bridgers.
SZA is also up for album, record and song of the year, in a field dominated by female nominees - also including Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Lana Del Rey and Janelle Monáe.
