Fiji Airways Flying Fijians top try scorer, Vereniki Goneva is retiring from International Rugby.
Goneva posted on his Facebook page yesterday, that it has been a privilege and an honour to represent the country and he is thankful for all the opportunities that have been given to him to showcase his talents with other talented players.
He also thanked his wife, Raijeli Goneva for the unseen work, support and holding everything down and prayers throughout their journey.
Goneva has played 56 test matches for Fiji from 2007 to 2019 and has scored 22 tries.
Goneva joins Josh Matavesi and Campese Ma'afu in announcing their retirement from International Rugby after the Rugby World Cup.
