Australia’s George Kambosos Jr and American Devin Haney will do battle at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne on Sunday in what is being billed as the biggest fight in Australian boxing history.
It’s undefeated champion versus undefeated champion in the first lightweight division unification match in over three decades.
Kambosos will be putting his WBA, IBF and WBO lightweight titles on the line and The Ring magazine lightweight belt, while Haney is putting up his WBC lightweight strap.
One man will emerge as the first undisputed lightweight champion since Pernell Whitaker in 1990, and the first in the four-belt era.
