Gas, fuel and kerosene prices to increase from tomorrow

People will need to pay more for fuel, gas and kerosene as prices will increase from tomorrow.

Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission has announced that the price of unleaded fuel is going up by 8 cents to $2.87 per litre.

The price of diesel will be $2.51 per litre which is an increase of 14 cents while the price of premix is going up by $2.75 per litre an increase of 11 cents while kerosene will increase by 13 cents to $1.93 per litre.

FCCC says the price of 12kg gas is VAT exempt and will be $35.35, an increase of $2.73 while a 4.5kg gas cylinder will cost $13.26, which is an increase of $1.03.

LPG will cost $1.91, an increase of 15 cents.
