Get ready to dig deeper into your pockets for gas, diesel and kerosene from this Wednesday.
Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission says the price of diesel will be $2.31 per litre from Wednesday while the price of kerosene will increase by 4 cents to $1.78 per litre.
The price of a 4.5kg cylinder of gas has increased by 18 cents going up to $15.53, while a 12kg cylinder will cost $41.42, up by 50 cents.
The price for unleaded fuel remains the same at $2.67.
The fuel and LPG product price review in Fiji follows a one-month lag period.
Therefore, the local fuel and LPG prices for January 2025 are based on refined fuel and butane imports made by fuel and LPG companies in November 2024.
