The Fiji Roads Authority says that the fuel spill that was along the Queens Road at Deuba, Matanipusi Hill and Namatakula Village in Sigatoka has been cleared.
FRA says their contractors and National Fire Authority did the cleaning work.

CEO, Jonathan Moore had earlier said they suspected that the spill had come from a leaking fuel truck making hills and sharp bends hazardous.
Meanwhile, the slip along Princes Road towards the Rewa Bridge end has been cleared.
