Former All Black Seta Tamanivalu says he feels blessed after being given the opportunity to represent his country of birth following a stint in New Zealand.
The former Lelean Memorial School student will be making his debut for the Flying Fijians in the Pacific Nations Cup which kicks off next week.
Tamanivalu was part of the Crusaders side which won the Super Rugby titles in 2017 and 2018.
He has played for the Chiefs in 2015 and 2016.
Tamanivalu was also a member of the Fiji Secondary Schools Under-18 rugby league squad that toured Australia in 2010.
The 30-year-old says playing for the Flying Fijians is a massive opportunity.
Fiji’s first PNC match will be against Tonga at 3.30pm next Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
