Former All Black Byron Kelleher is in trouble with the law yet again.
The 47-year-old is set to appear in a French court today after his former partner accused him of domestic violence, French newspaper Le Parisien reports.
According to his former partner, Kelleher was “verbally and physically” violent after she gave birth to their son and their relationship ended in 2015.
Kelleher, who faced charges of assault and wilful damage in Auckland in 2020, denies the allegations, claiming he had “not touched her”.
The former live-wire halfback, who set up a pub in France after he finished his career, played 57 tests for the All Blacks between 1999 and 2007.
The former Highlander and Chief left New Zealand after the 2007 World Cup, and retired from rugby in 2012.
