Former Fiji 15's fly-half, Nicky Little wants the current Flying Fijians to play smart rugby and enjoy the full 80 minutes in their first match of the Pacific Nations cup this week.
Little said Japan always comes out to be the fittest team and there needs to be a good plan to counter them.
Little who has earned 67 caps for Fiji said he has given some new tips to the current players on what they should be doing in training and in the match on Saturday.
Little is in the country to help the Flying Fijians for the Pacific Nations Cup and the match against the Classic All Blacks.
The Fiji 15's team will play Japan at 3.40pm this Saturday at Churchill Park.
