Flying Fijians through to PNC final after 22-3 win over the USA Eagles

The Fiji Water Flying Fijians are through to the Asahi Super Dry Pacific Nations Cup final after defeating the USA Eagles 22-3 tonight.

Fiji No.8 Elia Canakaivata scored a double while halfback Frank Lomani scored one try.

Caleb Muntz converted two penalties to ensure Fiji go through to the finals.

The only points for the USA was from a penalty converted by fly half Chris Matina in the first half.

Fiji will meet the winner of the second semi final between Samoa and Japan.

Samoa will take on Japan at 6.05pm tomorrow at the same venue.

Meanwhile, Tonga beat Canada 30-17 in the 5th place playoff.
