Ardent Fiji Water Flying Fijians fans have driven over 8 hours to watch their team take on the All Blacks in San Diego today.
Flying Fijians fan Kitione Tupa says he and a work colleague left Sacramento, California yesterday morning and drove all day just to come and witness this historic test match.
Tupa says he has been planning this trip for the last couple of months with his friend and the only stops they made on their way to San Diego were toilet breaks.
He says this game will bring Fijians all over the US to San Diego to witness this game adding that more of their friends from Sacramento will be making the 8 hour drive down as well after work as this is the first time for the Flying Fijians to play in America.
The Flying Fijians fan says the forming of the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua team is something every child has dreamt of especially because it gets them that closer to wearing the white jersey.
He says it makes the transition from the Drua to the Flying Fijians that much easier as it is the pinnacle of the journey.
The All Blacks host the Flying Fijians at 2.30pm this afternoon at Snapdragon Stadium, San Diego.
