Provincial Administrator for Rakiraki, Elimi Rokoduru has confirmed to Fijivillage that Rakiraki Town is now open with flood waters receding.
Rokoduru says all the shops in Rakiraki town are open.
NFA in Tavua has also confirmed that flood waters have receded in Yaladro and Mataniwai road is now open.
