A team is currently assessing the damages caused by the recent floods in Nadi Town.
Divisional Planning Officer Sitiveni Tavaga said the flood waters have receded but they cannot say how much damage has been sustained at this stage.
He said there is no power supply in Nadi and business owners will decide if they want to be open for business.
Meanwhile, Narhari Electrical Company Limited in Nadi has sustained damages of more than $10,000.
Shop manager Vijendra Mani said flood waters had seeped through the windows and doors into the bulk area.
Mani said their 22 to 50 inch LCDs and solar systems are badly damaged.
He said the shop is currently closed for business.
Devia Bookshop and Stationery Limited said their shop is closed from Monday.
They said that all their stationery is damaged.
They are cleaning the shop and it is expected to remain closed for another two days.
