Fiji Airways flight FJ410 which flew from Auckland to Nadi using the B737 aircraft had an issue retracting its landing gear after taking off from Auckland.
According to the Fiji Airways, the flight crew then turned the aircraft and returned to Auckland.
The aircraft was in a holding pattern before it landed safely at around 4pm.
The issue was rectified and the aircraft departed Auckland for Nadi at 4.51pm.
