Fiji’s Ambassador to the United States, Solo Mara is still working as a diplomat in Washington DC.
This has been confirmed to Fijivillage by the Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs and Defence Ioane Naivalurua following claims of corruption related issues by Mara that has stormed social media.
Naivalurua wished not to comment further on the topic and says that there are diplomat movements taking place.
He says that he will come up with an update later.
