Australia women’s co-captain Demi Hayes says seeing Fiji back from the first tournament will add tough competition especially as after coming short in the past few tournaments.
Meanwhile Fijiana 7s coach, Saiasi Fuli believes the team have prepared well and are excited to see new talents with the likes of the Talei Wilson, Ilisapeci Delaiwau and Younis Bese.
The Fijiana will take on Japan at 5.22pm today.
The Fiji Airways Men’s National 7s first game will be against Uruguay at 7.22pm tonight in their first match, they will face New Zealand at 10.11pm tonight and play Argentina at 4.05am tomorrow in their final pool match.
The quarter-finals will start at 6.50pm tomorrow, the semi-finals will begin at 10.39pm tomorrow, and the final will be held at 3.26am Sunday.
