Fijiana 15s captain Sereima Leweniqila says the team has to do a lot of homework and learn how to keep the momentum going before the next match against South Africa in the Women’s Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
She has highlighted this after their 84-19 thrashing to England.
Leweniqila says playing against the number one in the world, she is happy they held them in the first half.
England led 24-14 at half time.
Leweniqila adds there is still an opportunity to go further if the team polishes up a few things.
Fiji’s tries were made by wing Alowesi Nakoci, inside centre Sesenieli Donu and scrum-half Lavena Cavuru.
Fijiana takes on South Africa at Waitakere Stadium at 4.45pm on Sunday.
