The Fijian Elections Office has successfully covered 587 pre polling stations across the country where a total of 44,667 voters have cast their votes.
Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem says the Elections Office is now just waiting for voter turnout details from Natia in Yasawa.
Saneem confirms that 63% people voted during pre-poll.
In the Central Division, a total of 9,694 of the 14,777 registered pre-poll voters have cast their votes, in the Eastern Division, 11,432 voters out of the 19,384 have successfully voted, 9,763 of the 14,709 pre-poll voters have voted in the Northern Division and 13,778 of the 22,040 pre-poll voters have voted in the Western Division with the last voter numbers yet to be received from Natia.
The Supervisor of Election says that in 2014, 76% of pre-poll voters had voted.
