The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua has named their side for this Saturday’s Super Round match of the 2023 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific against the NSW Waratahs.
Head Coach Mick Byrne has retained much of the players from last week’s win against Moana Pasifika with a couple of changes.
Flying Fijians prop Livai Natave will be hoping to make his debut off the bench while Jone Tiko and Samuela Tawake who both came off the bench last week will be making a start this week.
Caleb Muntz will be starting at fly-half and pairing with Frank Lomani while Teti Tela has dropped to the bench.
Mobile hooker Tevita Ikanivere will captain the side for the second week.
The starting 15 are Jone Tiko,Tevita Ikanivere, Samuela Tawake, Isoa Nasilasila, Leone Rotuisolia, Joseva Tamani, Kitione Salawa, Te Ahiwaru Cirikidaveta, Frank Lomani, Caleb Muntz, Tuidraki Samusamuvodre, Kalaveti Ravouvou, Iosefo Masi, Selestino Ravutaumada and Ilaisa Droasese.
The impact players are Zuriel Togiatama, Livai Natave, Kaliopasi Uluilakepa, Sorovakatini Tuifagalele, Elia Canakaivata, Peni Matawalu, Teti Tela and Taniela Rakuro.
The match kicks off at 8.35pm on Saturday in Melbourne.
Other Super Rugby Pacific super round matches this week will see the Crusaders taking on the Highlanders at 7pm tomorrow, the Rebels will play the Hurricanes at 9.10pm tomorrow, Moana Pasifika will face the Chiefs at 6.05pm Saturday, the Blues will take on the Brumbies at 3pm on Sunday and Western Force will play the Reds at 5.30pm on Sunday.
All games this weekend will be held at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium in Melbourne.
